He also was extensively involved in providing crime scene support. His decision to found A-1 Investigative Agency, Inc. was primarily based on his success in fraud investigation, particularly personal and criminal fraud and his many years of surveillance work involving intelligence gathering and surveillance of organized crime. Sam is the former director of the South Florida Investigations Association, and is a member of the American Polygraph Association of Police Officers, American Ploygraph Assosication, Florida Polygraph Association, American Society for Industrial Security, National Association of Legal Investigators. He is the President of The North Dade Forum, and also a proud member of FALI. He has appeared on several talk shows, and on WSVN channel 7 as an expert witness as a licensed polygraph examiner. Sam has issued in excess of 15,000 polygraph examinations for pre-employment and specific crimes. He has a support staff of eight professional investigators available on a 24 hour per day basis.
